High Rise Office Buildings - there are 55 high rise office towers in the county that comprise 28.6m square feet. These are grouped predominately in the Cumberland/ Galleria submarket.

Low Rise Office Buildings - there are 555 low rise buildings (ranging from single story to 5 stories) that comprise 14m square feet. These are scattered through out of the county.

Free standing office buildings - There are 875 buildings that were predominately built as residences and then up-zoned for commercial usage within Cobb County. These buildings are on most major roads and are usually owned by small businesses.
